Andreas understands his business and also his customer's situations - e.g. what he does isn't "one size fits all." I had a really bad infestation of creatures called bighead ants - I mean REALLY bad. I felt like I was being stormed by them again and again, leaving piles of dead soldiers every time. Since Organa gave me the first treatment, I had a few days with the ants reappearing, and since then - nothing.
