"I had 2 bathrooms with water damage which needed remodeling. Michael, the owner of D S Builders, was very easy to work with. From the start, he was helpful in directing me to the places I would need to obtain the necessary supplies, i.e. tile, fixtures, lights, toilets, bathtub, ect. His paperwork was organized and specific to the time the work would take, when payments were due and the order the work would be done. He is prompt, polite and very detail oriented and he managed his sub-contractors without issue. The job site was always cleaned up at the end of everyday. He was always ready to discuss the progress, problems or alternate ways to complete the work. He is a very good communicator; and he made sure we were always on the same page. Furthermore, the quality of the work performed was outstanding! I could not have wished for a more perfect outcome! I love both my new bathrooms, and I would hire this company again in a minuet to compete any other projects."

"We have had Elmer on three different projects. It is a joy to have someone building for you and you have learned that it will be done right, no checking up is needed. Doing shoddy or sloppy work just is not in his DNA. He takes great pride in his work. He reminds me of my father who would come up against a tricky problem and I would watch him mull over the issue until he came up with the perfect solution not just an easy fix or a â get byâ . This is Elmer! Elmer built a small art studio he did for us, including foundaion work. About 3 years after he finished the studio, he came back and added the porch for us. I didnâ t want a lot of trim added to cover where the posts meet the overhead beam. He did timber framing using some really beautiful custom joinery to keep the lines very clean and the structure really solid. No nails, no metal brackets. And besides all the above, heâ s a really nice man. Honest, dependable and easy to work with!"

"Carlos Ortiz is honest, dependable, and hard working.He listened to what I wanted ,and with his wonderful crew, gave me exactly that. They removed a full wall of mirrored siding doors and the old tracks. Carlos replaced them with lighter weight doors in a style I chose. He painted them the exact color of my walls and installed depressed pulls of my choosing. He hung them from an overhead track with guides at the bottom. He topped the doors and sides with beautiful molding. They vacuumed after each visit leaving the room spotless. Carlos is so friendly and east to work with. He stayed within my budget. "I recently took on a backyard renovation project that began in mid September of this year (2018). The backyard project has been broken into three phases. The first phase was the pavers for the patio and the construction of a bbq island. After doing extensive research, my wife and I settled on System Pavers to hire to do the work in the backyard. Our primary consultant was Lucas. He was amazing to work with every step of the way. He met with my wife and I on a Sunday and planned out every step. We were in constant communication by cell phone, either by text messaging or by direct phone contact. Any time that I had a question or problem, I could always get a hold of Lucas. If he was unavailable, he would always return my phone call or text message. The first phase is now complete and we are extremely pleased with the results of the pavers for the patio and of course the bbq island. I have shared several pictures. System Pavers completed the patio and bbq island. The sink, bbq, and pizza oven were purchased from another retailer and the granite work was contracted out by another contractor. Did we experience some problems? Yes we did. The whole project was delayed over a month due to the back order of the "Sparkling Autumn" ledgers, that is the stone that surrounds the bbq island. We worked with Lucas and his team to discuss our options. My wife and I made the decision to stick with the "Sparkling Autumn" ledgers rather than push the project through and settle on a ledger that would not go with the patio stone. We had to wait through the delays, but it was well worth it. Another problem was that the bbq island was not built to my design. It was built in reverse. Lucas took charge and the bbq island was redone to meet the original specifications. The masonry contractor built the bbq island to an exact fit for the actual bbq and sink. There were no problems coordinating efforts and construction to accommodate the granite contractor. One last problem that we ran into, was an issue of drainage that was discovered when the pavers were being laid down. This was resolved in two ways, first a small retaining wall was built and next a drain will be built to redirect pooling water that was discovered after the down pour of rain that we recently experienced. Finally, we would highly recommend "System pavers" to work on your front yard or backyard project. A huge thank you to Lucas and the staff of System Pavers."
