"I've been using this company off and on for several years. They aren't the least expensive, but I'll tell you, they are the best! I have a vacation rental and a sump pump...not a good combination. Beverly has always taken my calls these past few years, and she feels like a family member who is there to help. Ryan was my service tech, and, like all their staff, he was prompt, courteous, and professional. He informed me about each step and took pictures to show me what the problem was and the resolution. He handled a disgusting job that almost all people would not touch. They resolved my issue, and my current guest was very happy. Thanks for digging out all the grease that prior guests have dumped down the sink. Not a good combo with the sump pump and plumbing. Happy Holidays to all!"

"I cannot say enough about Aaron Schwarder and Schwarder Construction. We bought a home that had not been updated since 1964. Plumbing included. Aarons crews redid both baths and the kitchen. Beautiful bright Carrera look tile, white counter tops, beadboard, wainscoting. New light and plumbing fixtures. Kitchen went from dark and cave like with fluorescent lights in plexiglass recessed ceiling thing, to raised ceiling, high end appliances, beadboard cabinets and an open to the dining room floor plan. Aaron was not satisfied with the cabinet surfaces and repainted them himself. All custom cabinets. Very important to me is the comfort level of having people working in my home. It can be awkward, to say the least. Aaron's guys are very respectful and always clean up at the end of the day, even if they are coming back in the morning. They were very careful not to let the animals escape. Recently I called the home depot pro desk with some questions about installing a new entry door and the first name they gave me was Schwarder Construction. I was raised to believe that a man's word is his worth. You can take Aaron at his word. 5 stars only because you cannot rate higher."

"This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."

"It is hard to review this company. The contractor they sent to do my widows was great! His name is Heath Coffield from Coffield construction. So, this company does have great work. However, their customer services outside of the contractor they hired is not great. They will go weeks on end without giving you any type of update and since they do not notate things will, there was miscommunication."

"We are almost complete with the kitchen remodel and have requested a plan for the bathroom. Right from Day One, Vic and Jeremy kept us informed of the schedule and who to expect for the crew. They both appeared personally multiple times to check the progress. No matter who the company sent, they were courteous, pleasant, and professional. I do have to give a particular commendation to Frank as he was such a hard worker, respectful of the space, and went above and beyond for us. (Example.. Amazon delivery was outside the gate and despite being at the end of the day, he brought it in to us!) Larry was a perfectionist on the backsplash!
