"I hired M & D Enterprises of FL, Inc. to install a wheelchair ramp at my parents mobile home. The hire was almost last minute due to my parents changing arrival time. At the same time, I was updating the flooring which revealed major issues with the sub-floor that had to be repaired. Denise and Bill were able to rearrange their construction schedule in order to accommodate everything getting done before my parents arrival. I know for sure that any major box store would not have been so willing to work with us to ensure the project was completed before my parents arrival. They did a wonderful job at communicating the status of the project, the reasons certain things were being done and how they were done. They were attentive and professional, and mostly human. It was a very refreshing experience working with a contractor. The wheelchair ramp was installed properly and the sub-floor repair top of the line.
