"Dave Hartman and his team did so much more than a Fireplace Mantel Installation but I had to pick just one category of work done for this review. A couple of years ago, we had a General Contractor began the process of building my wife and I a new home in West Knoxville and when our home was approx. 75% completed, our contractor left; no warning.. just abandoned us and our new home build project. Thankfully (so very thankfully) we found Hartman Construction a week laterâ ¦. and they saved usâ ¦ and our homeâ ¦ finishing many-many areas that we undone, working so hard to get us our Certification of Occupancy. We moved in shortly thereafter and/then weeks following, Dave continued to assist us in getting our home in order as my wife and I look back, we now see what a blessing it was to have found Hartman Construction, and we cannot say enough about Dave and his team. Their quality of work, construction knowledge, and integrity makes it very easy for us to give them a 5-Star Rating."

I was fearful of ending up with overpriced subpar work and then being stuck! None of this with Yankee Southern.. from the beginning they were clear with what could and should be done and how to approach things from the most practical, efficient and beautiful way. Everything looks better than I had even imagined and I feel secure knowing it was done correctly and I won’t have problems in the future. I am very pleased."
