"I hired this company to Indy my air conditioner , it was represented by Tom . Hi seemed very nice and intelligent person , so I trusted him . If I only can imagine what they would do to my house I would never let this people close to my house . I am very disappointed and shocked about coming to my home and finding the disturbing mess and unprofessional work done. I have witnessed a few things in the previous days but have not said anything. What I came home to yesterday was disgusting and caused damage to my personal property. Oil was thrown into my shower, dirt all over my rugs in the basement, door broken, my towels beyond filthy with the mess your workers did. Oil dumped all over my shower and me getting dizzy from the smell and almost fainted. I do not need to write anymore as the evidence with pictures explains everything. This is the first time I have experienced such terrible customer service. When I asked them to came and fix a problem which was also don by the company they simply said to me Goodby , we do not care about it à ¢à  à  please didnà ¢à  à  t trust this people you can call me and ask me about the horrible damage they did to my house 203-243-0946 . The drain system was not install correctly and now I have pay almost the amount I paid for their job"

After install there were some minor issues with unit as first year products have. Ryan expedited service of unit and had it operational. And itâ s been running flawlessly ever since. I highly recommend using them and Iâ ve been in the service business for 30+ years and know both good and badâ ¦ they are good! *Side note: Ct rebate program not that good. "Dreadful experience. We had been customers of Astacio since 2015 when they installed our first tankless boiler which failed completely after 7 years and needed to be replaced in late 2022. ($10,000+) Their second one just stopped working; a dodgy board? The part is under warranty but they want almost $1,000 to replace it in the boiler; probably less than 2 hours work. I thought they used to be a good local business with ties to the community but be careful; their tankless boilers are unreliable and they'll try to rip you off when your heat goes out in the winter. So much for standing by their work. I'll never use them again."
