"Meni was so professional, patient and courteous, I can't say enough about how well he represented this company. He was at my house within an hour of my putting in a request for services (with multiple companies, he was the first to be here). The matter for which I wanted help was a sewer ejector pump for my guest house. I've had this for about 17 years, and every two or three years there's been an issue of clogging even with the tenants using great care. Meni not only replaced the pump, the overall cost including labor (much digging required) was about 30% less than what I've paid in the past. Moreover, the replacement pump is much better quality (he gave me that option for the difference of a couple hundred dollars over the less powerful pump). The best part was the care that Meni took with the whole project. He dug farther out to be sure that the fittings were all appropriate, and in fact there was a step that was missing from the original installation which is likely the reason for the continued problems in the past. He showed me all of the parts before installing them, explained everything clearly including costs and options, pros and cons of each option, and in the end he made the whole system much more effective for a very fair cost. This took considerable extra time and thoughtfulness, yet the entire project cost less than I've ever paid for pump replacement. New Act Construction is now my go-to company, and I was thrilled to learn that they do all kinds of construction, not only plumbing.
