"On Thursday night, February 13, 2025, I put a request on Angie for a minor roof repair. First division roofing Inc. reached out and offered to perform the service. The scope and the price was agreed upon. The scope was to place missing two tiles on the back of the house specifically on the north west corner in the backyard, and one missing tile on the front of the house above the entrance, specifically on the south east corner. The provider offered a price of $200 and I offered $125 as a maximum I could pay, and the provider was OK to perform the work at that price. The provider didn t stick to the agreed upon scope. The provider did not do anything with the tiles missing at the backyard, on the north west corner. And instead of placing one missing tile on the south east corner, The provider decided to remove 3 tiles from the south east corner and installed 4 new tiles. The provider reached at asking for $250. I let the provider know that I am not ok with the deviation from the scope and additional money requested. In a retaliatory Manner, the contractor decided to remove the 4 tiles at the front and leave the house with 4 tiles missing at the front (south east corner) instead of originally 1 tile missing."

"This company made a lot of damage to my driveway when they were throwing old roof tiles down, many chips and pivots now. Also, did not cover my new pavers and caused many brown spots which they later tried to resolve with power washing but left stains. They moved the metal part off my water heater on the roof and water heater stopped working when water got inside. The worst is that they promised to take care of the damages but the owner never even came to check on the final product, so i don't know if the roof is even completed correctly. They never came back to put things back in the garage, although promised for several weeks to come. Left 4 different colors on facia, metal and roof trimming even though I offered matching paint for them to complete the job....super disappointed, considering now to take them to small claims court as they refuse to take responsibility for damaged pavers and driveway.....My first impression of them as agreeable was totally wrong."

"Mr. Parks took my rather small job seriously, made good suggestions about how to complete the job in a workmanlike manner, and charged what I considered a reasonable price for the work. "I had a horrible experience getting a new roof from HomeRenew360's project manager Idan Mizrahi. My contract called for closed-cut valleys, but Idan did open-cut valleys instead w/o getting my OK first. Idan said if I wanted closed-cut valleys, I would have to pay to have the roof ripped up and redone. That's a lie, because every contractor knows you can't make a change like that w/o getting the homeowner's OK first. Several rafter tails on my garage were obviously rotted. I asked Idan about them, and he said "that's painting." That's another lie, because the roof rests on those rafters. So now I have a new roof resting on rotted rafters that should have been replaced/repaired after the old roof had been taken off. I trusted Idan and got burned. At the end of the project Idan said he had to charge me extra $ for lumber. I showed him in the contract where it said wood would be replaced AS NEEDED, not as needed up to a certain amount. Stay away from HomeRenew360 and Idan Mizrahi!"
