"Did not perform painting job as agreed: paint walls in townhouse, one coat of paint matching existing color on walls, 5 gals paint extra cost, 5 door panels extra cost. Work poorly done with patch-work streaks of paint on some walls where one can see original paint above and below; no new paint on most walls; cobwebs in corners indicate no prep or paint done. Would not produce receipt of paint purchase showing 5 gals of paint bought. Recommend written contract of work to be done, agreed to by customer and painter as well as accurate, detailed receipt before pay for job. In many years of hiring contractors for misc. jobs at our home or rentals we own, this is most egregious example of poor performance for set payment which he took. While subsequently cleaning rental for next tenant, we found how bad the painting job was."

Serge even came out late to tarp the roof until it could get repaired so that I didnâ t have any further damage to the house waiting for the roof. They were very nice to work with. Great people. "Great experience from beginning to end on new deck replacement install. The quote provided was professional and very thorough. They called prior to installation with updates and their arrival plans. We asked for some changes, and again professional change orders were made, keeping all questions and unknowns out of the project. The installers were great, efficient and friendly. Did assume anything and ask questions for our opinions. The were missing some small covers for the composite boards at the screws. Obtained them and came back to install them within two days! Again, can't say enough great things about our experience! They used the original white railing we installed years ago, and made it sturdier than it was before.... Wonderful work."

I told him exactly where to get trim molding and he refused to check there and wasted hours searching and got frustrated and his attitude reflected his frustration. I made one phone call to place I told him that had molding... Wow, they had it in stock!!! Sheetrock repair was average at best. I had to redo a big portion. I asked for estimates for portions of work and was asked to be patient but when he wanted payment, wasn't patient at all. Would not use him ever again.
