He hired a second plumber for about $800 to install a new valve and faucet I bought, and who also did not finish the job. He decided to finish the job himself and now water comes out both my tub faucet and shower when I turn on the water and rust comes out the tub faucet, indicating he used a too-small pipe of the wrong material."

They’ve told me they subbed out the roof to someone else when they did it and they’ve let the other company know. I've inquired a few times and they keep telling me they reached out to the other company to let them know. Basically passed us off and we’re up a creek with toxic black mold."
