We contacted the Company and within a couple of hours AV was here to survey the situation and provide a quote. AV had a crew available that same day to remove the fallen tree and an adjacent at-risk standing tree. Using top-notch equipment the crew removed the trees, trimmed other trees that had broken branches from the impact of the fallen tree, and cleaned up the area. Subsequently, I arranged for Evergreen to return and replace root barriers and the affected irrigation system and replace the clay soil with suitable soil. Throughout the entire process the company communicated with our insurance carrier and received approval and insurance coverage for the proposed work. AV and his entire crew were very professional and efficient and the quality of their work was outstanding. Their clean up of the area was exceptional.
