"The morning before Thanksgiving day, our hot water heater failed. Dennis responded quickly to my request for same day service, and knew from my description of the symptoms and his experience what we were likely dealing with (fried heating elements). He arrived well before his initial eta (he had a cancellation), quickly confirmed the diagnosis, went and got the parts and did the job in under an hour. He fee was exceptionally reasonable, particularly seeing as it was the day before Thanksgiving and we had a house full of family. So I was caught between a rock and hard place, and Dennis came to our rescue like it was just another day/project for him. Thanks Dennis, you saved our Thanksgiving!!!"

"Submitted quote and George was quick to respond and was friendly. Was able to schedule a technician to come out next day! The technician arrived on time, knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process. Open communication, no hidden fees, did not fix items that were not broken, honest with issue and pricing. They were here to fix the problem and not to give a sale pitch. I would HIGHLY recommend and will be using them again for yearly maintenance."
