It was under warranty, I purchased the a/c from them 11 or 12 years ago and it was still under warranty so I only paid for the Freon. My home warranty under American Home Shield quoted me just under $2000 so this was a no brained. I am a confident D and H client and will continue to rely on their expertise, professionalism and compassionate service. Parts had to be ordered so I was without a/c during the 110 degree heatwave.
