"I highly recommend Bars and Tony for home improvement projects. I needed a washer and dryer to be installed in a location without a 240V electrical outlet or plumbing. Tony and I walked through my house together to identify the best approach and locations to install the electric and plumbing. During installation there were a few curveballs due to the age of my home that Tony quickly assessed and developed solutions. Please contact the customer to discuss the details of this project.Project Location: Silver Spring, MD Date: 01/18/24Already Purchased: YesComment: We are replacing a 36" gas cooktop with a (separate) telescoping downdraft hood with a new 36" induction cooktop (Frigidaire FFIC3626TB) and downdraft (Broan NuTone Eclipse 273603). There will need to be a slight enlargement of the countertop opening but we have someone to do that if need be. We will, however, need the gas line capped and any necessary electrical work done for the installation. There is also a problem somewhere in the airway for the downdraft resulting in cold air blowing back into the kitchen through the unit from outside and we would like that resolved.
