"I had an active bee's nest inside a house eve, a wasp's nest hanging outside the house, and a wasp/hornet's nest at the top of the second level of the house. All of them needed to be removed. Richard came quickly to provide a fair estimate and schedule the work. The work was done quickly and on time. I was supposed to be there to tell the exterminator where things were but an emergency drew me away. Richard's notes were so good, the exterminator was able to take care of the work. When I returned home all three nests had been dealt with. The areas were all cleaned to the best of anyone's ability short of elbow grease on a ladder scrubbing the areas. I wait to write reviews to give the service or product a chance to show how it will be over time. Long story short, everything Richard said would happen over the first few days happened. I am pleased with their work and would hire them again."

"I was concerned that they take your credit card number when you book the appointment & don't give you a date that the work will be done. (My only beef with them) The reason is that their gutter cleaning crews are out on the road all the time just going from house to house on their route. They came within a week of my call & did a great job cleaning the gutters, cleaning up after themselves & removing whatever mess they made. I'll use them again."
