He understood the assignment and made solid recommendations, even filling gaps in my own creativity for how I thought the final product should look. 45 minutes after meeting with me at the house, Tim emailed an itemized quote with 95's bid and then called to go over it with us. He didn't know it, but he had set the precedent for how I expected all the bidding companies to go about their pitch.
