"Angi provided 27 7 Logistic Services as a potential supplier of moving services. I contacted them and 2 other movers. Ultimately I signed a contract with 24 7. On 2/24 I received a quote from Michael at 24 7. The initial quote included a $1,000 discount because of the following reasons: my husband is a veteran, we are senior citizens, and we signed a contract on the first contact with their company.. As the move date approached, I had the final walk thru with Lisa Marie. After the walk thru I was provided a copy of the final contract. I reveiwed the contract and saw that the $1,000 discount was reduced to $500 with no explanation. I attempted contact 24/7 but was referred to "higher pay grade" employees who never bothered to return my call. At the completion of the move I made final payment based on the revised numbers which was $500 more than the quoted amounts. The move has been completed and 24 7 management has totally stone walled me concerning not honoring their quote"

I?ve used other moving companies before and ended up with damaged or missing items. Eastland?s team was on time, handled everything with care, and worked efficiently from start to finish."

"Worst possible moving experience. Our valuable crystal and china (from our wedding, and 80+ year old items and family heirlooms were packed unwrapped and without proper protection, placed in boxes to break against other unprotected glass, metal, etc. Our fina artwork was packed without any protection, not individually wrapped, not wrapped at all, no packing materials, just 8-10 pieces of expensive framed art placed into a wardrobe box with no protection, resulting in chips, scuffs, and scratches in both glass facing and frames of original and 50+ year old artist-framed pictures. Their truck drove over multiple lawns on our street leaving tire tracks, they promised to fix it and did nothing. Offered $16.50 in total to compensate us for their negligent damage of $5000+ of damaged items not including priceless items of sentimental value. Absolutely shameful handling of a grossly negligent pack job, adding insult to injury with zero empathy or responsibility taken. AVOID! "

Sam was on his game through the whole process and made us feel comfortable enough to choose National over other competitors! His follow through was extremely professional and very much appreciated! Our move was from southern Indiana to Dallas Texas! Ed our driver was amazing and super professional. On time as planned loading and unloading and even saved us money by being able to maneuver his rig into our subdivision saving us a lot of money not having to pay for a shuttle truck! The loading and unloading crews were quick, efficient and professional! National Van Lines to Mars!! ?"

"I used Movers USA at the beginning of this year to move my 10’ X 15’ storage unit from NE Balt. City to an apartment in Asheville, NC. Prior to my selecting this company, I checked out 6 or 7 other companies also listed on Angi, and along with Movers, seriously interviewed and went over to another company and met with them in person. I dealt with Movers’ owner Sharon Nahoom a number of times through email and in a couple of calls. In addition, I went over to his office located in the very large company storage facility in Jessup. I was impressed with this storeroom being well organized and its’ sheer size and the size and cleanliness of a truck he showed me. In addition, Sharon was friendly and overall fairly accommodating. Mr. Nahoom was the only one honest and clear with me, that as I personal had packed everything, and even though most boxes were clearly labeled, no insurance carrier would insure them as they had not been professionally packed. This honesty saved me at least $300 to $500 on needless insurance. In addition, Sharon was flexible with me on matching some terms that the other company I was serious dealing with offered—-no charge for an extra day of storing my items in the truck, extra steps to the apt, and on pick-up and delivery dates. He was also reasonable with his price—-being on the lower end of the scale from the 7-8 companies I had quotes from. The cheapest by far, was a company located in Washington state that used contracted movers—-but I didn’t want to take a chance with this The pick-up went smoothly, starting on time, and with the foreman—-Fernando, and four younger movers emptying my storage unit into their truck in a couple of hours. Two days later in Asheville, Fernando showed with a lady helper—-but no-one else. He managed to do the bulk of the moving himself up 30 steps—-as the apt was on the third floor. A number of times I had to assist him from his unloading the top couple of boxes—-as he would just carry them up on his back with a large canvas strap! If I had not helped some with some boxes would have fell to the floor. He stated he was in ‘a rush’ as he wanted to get back through the mountains down her before the forecasted storm early that afternoon. Things were rushed as fair as quick decisions by me which room specific boxes and items were put—-as we were dealing with the realities of one mover in a rush, with nice woman periodically bringing up a few more things up. Overall the move went smoothly, but I have concerns that just having one man with some extra help was “putting almost all the eggs in one basket”—-if he had gotten hurt, plus he had done all the 8 plus hour drive here, and was doing the same on the way back. Only thing broke was a worthless drinking glass that I had poorly packed. As I had about 280 boxes I wanted to open them all and see that there was no damaged items. I had taken some items to my sisters in Montgomery Co and then took down most this when I headed south a few days after the storage unit move, and given a number things to Goodwill —-so not sure about a couple of things I thought I still had. Overall I would have given this company somewhere around a “B+” grade but as there are no ‘pluses’ or ‘minuses’ that is why I gave Movers 4 stars rather than the 5."

"The movers did an awesome job. The price was very fair and was not far off the original quote. The only reason it differed from the original quote is that I called and made alterations to what I needed moved. The workers did an amazing job, moving everything quickly and efficiently. Everything was in great condition upon arrival. I would definitely hire this company again for any move. They even showed up early, so we could get it done faster."
