Have a brand new pellet stove I can’t use because they “don’t” do permit work. I’m not sure who they think is supposed to get it approved and provide the documentation since they pulled and submitted the permit. You’d expect for this kind of money (~$8K for this job) that all aspects of the job would be taken care of instead of the homeowner having to figure out how to get the inspector the uL rating on some foil wrapping the contractor used. Beyond frustrated with this company and will never use again. They took initial payment in July of 2024 and only have months of phone calls did they finally do the job only to bail on completion at the permit stage. -1 stars?"
