General Contracting residential/Commerical, Land Clearing, Excavation
"He came when expected, looked the job over, asked me some questions concerning the job and gave me an estimate. When I agreed to hire him after I asked a few questions he left to purchase the supplies he needed for the job and sent me an invoice via QuickBooks. I accepted the invoice and paid via Debit card and he completed his part of the job that day and the stainer finished the job the following day. I was pleased with the job and the prompt- ness and it was a pleasure to deal with Mr. Scotto who seemed to be well organized and kept me informed as we proceeded. I would definitely use him again."

"Great guy to work with! We contracted Randy to build a 24x32 free standing garage. He always showed up when he said he would. His subcontractors were ontime and efficient. My project was completed on schedule and we are pleased with the quality of the work and materials! If you are interested in an honest, hard working, full service contractor in the Lehigh valley area.... this is the guy!"

In most cases, the responses you get to these three questions will give you a very good idea of the right pro for your project. If you have more than one front-runner, these additional questions can help you narrow it down.
Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
