"I hired MC Fence and Deck out of the three quotes I received. I appreciated the warranty off and the time frame given. Everything they promised as far as the timeline for completion was 100% true. I probably held them up more than anything, dealing with my HOA. But they were willing to step in if needed. They provided me with everything I needed to give to my HOA committee. But with some careful planning, the project was done in one day and a few hours for finishing touches. It was stupendously amazing, watching how fast the crew worked. They even made a last second change for me, which I appreciated. The crew was clean, careful, and professional. Amazingly swift! They started in the morning during my work shift, and was almost completely done by 5PM when it got dark. My fence was customized, so no one in my neighborhood has it. We get TONS of compliments every time we're outside near it. I wanted to wait and leave my review until after I stained it. It's absolutely gorgeous!!!"

"Steven and Derik replaced a large existing wood deck with composite lumber. Also added pebbles under deck and replaced lattice around the deck. The work involved a significent challenge in lifting and decking under an existing outdoor kitchen. York River Outdoors did an excellant job. Their craftsmanship was better than most other contractors and their work ethic was outstanding. They maintained excellant communication and completed the job in a fast and efficient manner. They exceeded all expectations and I would recommend them for any outdoor improvement."

"Trusted Max to have "his company" do the job he quoted, we shook hands on and I paid a deposit towards. I stood next to my neighbor's fence and said, "I want this one". He agreed. He subcontracted the job to a defunct company that not only installed a fence different than the one I wanted, but about 80% of the posts were loose, gravel, cement and debris were left for me to clean up. When I stated that I wanted the fence we agreed upon, 100+ excuses came out such as "this is a better fence than your neighbors" and "they are all the same", etc. Then Max demands payment or "I will be here at 9:00 to rip out the fence" and he would keep my deposit. What a POS! Max is obviously a scam artist and rather than hassle with him further, I paid him off and hope I never see or hear from him again."
