"I have worked with several landscapers in the past few years, all of them competent. Waldo & Son, however, stand above the others. I hired them initially to install sod in my front yard and soon afterwards, to do some landscaping in my back yard. In both instances, they were right on time, listened attentively to my project needs, and then made spot-on recommendations. Their work was amazing. Before installing the sod, they made sure the soil was prepped to perfection, adding fertilizer and insecticide to ensure a green, healthy turf. The end result was a spectacular-looking lawn that neighbors have stopped to admire. In fact, several people have asked for company contact info. The backyard project displayed the same level of competence and care: I was amazed that Joel remembered every detail I had discussed with him at the walk-through the previous week. Communications was great and he came up with a landscape design that corrected a lot of poor landscaping in the past and dramatically improved drainage, safety and curb appeal of the house. His crew managed to do all the work in a single day. They knocked down old hardscape, regraded, added a boulder retaining wall and huge stepping stones to create an inviting walkway to the front door. New perimeter plantings and anchor trees really frame the house and increased its value far above the cost of the project."

"I was looking to rebuild my patio using the bricks that were there. The bricks were removed, cleaned and reinstalled better than the original. The balance of the project was to build a stone path leading to a firepit. Not just any ordinary firepit but one that would be "smokeless". I showed Joe a video of what I would liked built and his men were able to craft one exactly to my specifications. End result turned out better than we hoped for!
