He arrived at 8:30 am and left 4:30 pm for 3 weeks even on rainy days and he put so much care as if he was creating an art work. When the city inspector came, he signed right away. I am very pleased as it will last almost forever. He waterproofed almost every piece which you can not expect from other contractors."

We have been getting many compliments on Sunny Seattle's work. Amado helped us to secure permitting which was a big challenge! He made sure everything was done to code and permitted. He stayed very close to the budget we set. When we had a small leak after the completion of the project he and his team took responsibility and fixed the problem and covered the expenses. We had some weather issues (snow) that caused a bit of a delay but he was in constant contact with us and we were able to get everything done quickly and efficiently. He makes you feel like you're working with a friend more than a contractor. We have a few other projects coming up that we will only hire Opportunity Construction for. Quality of the work done was 10/10 people think that the enclosed porch was here from day one it is so spot on."
