"Rafael and his crew were amazing to work with. The initial visiting for a quote was free and very informative. He was quick to understand my sketches for a totally different deck design, asked really helpful questions, and gave clear recommendations. They were able to start promptly. All of the crew members were very professional in their communication and planning and updates. They were highly skilled and did excellent quality work. I am so happy with my new deck! When work was done, they honored their quoted price. For my project they did not ask for any payment upfront, just payment in full upon completion to my satisfaction. They do take other payment methods but prefer cash so I suggest you ask about your payment options upfront. For the whole process, this company was great to work with. The craftsman of the finished work was excellent quality. I recommend them to everyone."

"I absolutely love the kitchen results. Every day when enter, it makes me smile. There was an electrical glitch when re-installing our 2 year old oven--the result destroyed the oven. Jon quickly offered to replace or repair--he accepted responsibility immediately--didn't try to get out of it, which we greatly appreciated. In the end, we decided to get a new oven to match the new microwave we had already purchased. He ordered the oven and we split the difference as it was more expensive. In our laundry room remodel, I had it all planned out, but Jon had several suggestions to make it better. He was absolutely right, particularly with his suggestion to go with tile instead of laminate flooring as we had originally planned. The laundry is great as well. The only thing I would change is that the cabinets are up too high for me, but despite Jon questioning the height, I went ahead and had them installed. Oh well. Jon's crew also finished a day or two shy of the 3 week time frame giving us more time to get ready for our August house guests."

"Green Spaces Landscaping (Ryan, Galdino, Juan Carlos, Jose) transformed our Back Yard into an outdoor paradise. We went from a single space full of grass and weeds with a small builder supplied patio, to a terraced multi-use space with a Fiberon Composite Deck, Pergola, Belgard Patio with Outdoor Fire pit area built into the slope of the hill, and a grass lawn area all accented by plants, trees, a dry stream, a fountain, and 2 custom built wooden bridges. All fully irrigated with a Wi-Fi controlled sprinkler system and integrated lighting. On the deck they installed a built-in BBQ and also built a 2nd Pergola to install a porch swing bed. The entire team was great to work with, and very accommodating as we made several changes to the project along the way. Karen (in the office) was also great to work with, and very prompt in all communications. We did all of this working during the Covid Summer of 2020, which makes it all the more amazing as despite everything they were able to accomplish all of this work in about 10 weeks from start to finish. We highly recommend Green Spaces Landscaping and will use them again for our front yard landscaping project and also any additional work we need done."

"The people at Luxury Bath were knowledgeable about what would fit our space and needs. They helped with the planning and placement of the shower, window, cupboards, and bidet in our complete bathroom remodel. Their quote was very reasonable. They were able to do each of the jobs without hiring an outside contractor. They were very timely, committed to our project from start to finish. We were able to do the major renovation within two weeks. The workers were very courteous, friendly, and were able to answer questions we had. "Nate allowed me to order my bathtub myself, which was nice. Lowe's failing to deliver when promised, was not. This delayed the start, and although it did take longer than I expected, everything came out great. They did not charge me extra after the water damage was exposed, which was a relief. One of the other estimates I got from a general contractor was for 3x as much, AND they planned to add on after the wall was opened. The bathroom specialists wanted 150% of what we paid, and I think we ended up with better results."

"Jesus at Above and and Beyond Painting and Remodeling is absolutely wonderful. Jesus came to my condo for a bathroom redo but I was so impressed with him I had him redo my entire condo. I can’t speak highly enough of Jesus, Rolando who works for Jesus and the vendors Jesus works with. Jesus transformed my plain kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities beautifully that they look like brand new high end cabinets. The new flat stock baseboards and trim Jesus installed really modernized my condo. Rolando did an immaculate job of painting my new door molding, baseboards, kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities and doors. Jesus’ quartz countertop vendor did an amazing job and his tile vendors did a wonderful job on my entryway tile, bathtub surround and my fireplace. Jesus is great at listening to exactly what you want and coordinating vendors so your renovation keeps moving along. Throughout the process I kept adding more and more items and Jesus was always accommodating. If you want a contractor that is highly responsive, honest, keeps things moving along, that wants to make sure you are absolutely satisfied with the work done and that is just a great person to work with, then Jesus is who you need to complete your home project. I will definitely use his company again for any future work and will refer him in the future. I HIGHLY recommend Jesus and his company. Thank you for making my home so beautiful!"

"Vanderlip Construction brought our ideas and vision to a reality on a master and guest bathroom remodel in our 1961 rambler. Eric is both an organized contractor and an experienced craftsman. He is a thoughtful and very responsive communicator who we could always count on to perform the tasks he scheduled throughout our project. He brought in very skilled team of subcontractors who he made sure didn’t disrupt our home life and office work activities. Eric was generous with sharing his expertise and insights that helped us make decisions on key details. We had about an 80 percent design and selected all the tile, fixtures, and custom cabinets but Eric’s attention to detail brought it all together, especially on our counters and master bath shower. Always patient and friendly, he wanted to make sure we were satisfied with the progression and the outcomes. He’s also committed to backing up his work. I suffered a serious leg injury after the remodel and Eric kindly went the extra step to come to our house and install a new light fixture in our bedroom. He scored an A+ on both bathrooms and we made a new friend."
