Specialized Concrete has 8 full time Employees. We do all aspects of concrete flat-work and decorative stamped concrete work and Hardscape. Cost is determined by job. No travel charges. "We are in our 80’s and decided we needed to make our flower beds smaller and more manageable. At this time, we had at least 15 large beds and they were all full of weeds. Since we could no longer maintain these beds, we started searching for a landscaping company that could take care of all this for us. We went through a website called Angi and found several names to choose from. We selected Ground Breakers Landscaping & Demolition. The owner of this business is Sean Griffin. Sean responded immediately, gave us an estimate, we accepted, and he went straight to work. Not only did he and his crew do what we paid for (edging, mulching, weeding, planting grass where needed), they went above and beyond (to make everything look good), mulching around our trees, cleaning out an area of our backyard and putting in mulch and gravel, and made our fire pit area very nice. After showing us what he could do, we hired him to clean out an overgrown area along our driveway and he did an exceptional job with that as well. We are very pleased with Ground Breakers Landscaping & Demolition, especially with Sean. He is a very knowledgeable and caring individual who goes above and beyond what is expected of him. We purchased flowers from Sean, at a discount, Everything is just what we expected, and more. We will be having him, and his crew come back monthly to do the upkeep on our gardens."

Mudjacking and foam jacking differ significantly in both materials and methods. No, mudjacking is not a permanent fix for sinking concrete. While it effectively lifts the slab and can last five to 10 years, it doesn't address underlying soil issues that may cause future sinking. For a more permanent solution, you might consider foam jacking or complete slab replacement, which can address deeper structural problems.
