In 1987, Will (son) was a Freshman at Boston College. Coming up with tuition was a challenge! Mike McCarthy (dad), who had painted when he was at BC, suggested that they could paint some houses together to earn tuition money. The seed was planted, and from that humble beginning, a painting business started to take shape. Robert Gordon (trusted Foreman) was a high school student in 1987 looking for something to do and joined the crew that first summer. Ever since then, Robert (Bob) has been working together with the McCarthy family to build Paint Perfect into what it is today. As a business, Paint Perfect, Inc. had some important decisions to make. One of the biggest was our commitment to following the rules. That means we work 'on the table' and properly classify our staff as employees. Another important piece is the licensing. We are a licensed Home Improvement Contractor (HIC) in MA and CT, we are a RRP lead safe renovator (RRP) registered nationally with the EPA (covers CT) and also a Lead Safe Renovator in Massachusetts. I had two projects identified to polish up the house in prep for sale (exterior paint and front porch) and Joe helped identify the things I needed to do to get the most return for the money at sale time. The teams were excellent - efficient, considerate, professional and delivered excellent results. It was easy to communicate with Joe - always returned texts and more often than not he anticipated my questions. Every job has its own contract with the work spelled out. No mystery as to where the money was being spent. Did I mention efficient? Work was done FAST. I feel lucky that Joe and his teams were available when I needed this work done."

"Paulo from batista general services came out to my house saw my deck gave me a quote a price to power wash , sand and paint my Deck & pergola. I hired him. He said he would come on saturday @ 07:30am to power wash and sand the deck & pergola called to reschedule time to 05:00pm then he called and said he wasnt sure if he was coming .then he decided to come. he did the powerwash .then he said he would do the painting on tuesday 5/26/20 . On monday afternoon he texts me saying he cant do the pergola only the deck .I hired him to do both .At that point i decided not to go with them. There was too many inconsistencies he kept changing days he was going to do the project to not being able to do entire project that we had already agreed for them to do .. I would not recommend this service . I have an event that I cannot do because he bailed out the day before . Terrible service!!!! If he couldnt do the pergola he should of said that from the beginning .."

"I am extremely happy with the work Plow & Property Projects did for me. Wes and his crew were all very easy to work with and did the job right the first time. Mainly, they replaced a shower stall I had that had a cracked floor and had leaked into the floor below it (damaging the ceiling). The new tiled shower they put in is amazing and I can’t even see where the ceiling damage was anymore after they fixed it. They also tackled some other things around the house that I’m glad to say will no longer bother me again! I highly recommend them and will go to them again for any future work I may want to do."
