He was very knowledgeable and spent as much time with us as we needed to understand the process, all the costs involved, and our legal rights. He was responsive throughout the project, clearly laid out the costs for us, was flexible when we wanted to make changes such as choosing a different backsplash design than we originally picked. He also installed a new kitchen sink/water filter as part of the project and went to a lot of trouble to make sure it was set up correctly and working smoothly.
