"We recently had our basemen finished by Lux Renovations using the Owens Corning System. From the start, quotation, planning and completion everything was excellent. Communication when needed efficient and in particular the work crew lead by Cruz - always pleasant, on time knowledgeable and very efficient. Various areas of difficulty (pipe systems, etc.) addressed perfectly. Whoever developed this finishing system had a product development protocol par excellence! All of the way down to picture hanging system to easily removable panels if needed. The work was completed in a timely fashion, all necessary inspections were completed without any negative comment. We are now using this basement regularly and it has become quite the party area. I attach early construction and finished pictures and would be happy to answer any questions."

"Aubrey and Son came out to do multiple jobs to my home starting with new flooring in two bedrooms. I needed a whole new bedroom built in my garage for my mom and he completed that job quickly and thoroughly. She stays warm in the winter and cool in the summers and is very comfortable and happy with her room, it came out lovely. Beau also built a custom shed and picnic table which also he did in a needed time frame and they both came out beautiful. Easy communication and solid work. "The company (Black Dog) was hired to expand the bathroom and part of the basement renovation. The project started in October 2020 and it is still going through May 2021 with an unclear restart date after 2 no shows. It was promised to finish by Christmas. The company used 2 different colors of grout in the same room. They are planning to come back and redo it, waiting for 2 months now. They do not want to spend time on fixes. Leakage around the shower was noted, they promised to contact the subcontractor, but I have not heard from them yet. There are minor things missing, would pay attention to their contract as they may not do things like shelves installation as originally discussed. They seemed professional on initial evaluation and at the beginning, but now I am regretting that I hired them."

"Once again and with the highest confidence, we hired Russell's Contracting to convert our back entrance into a more open, useful mudroom. As promised, they arrived on time on the expected date and started by sealing off the back entrance for dust. The demolition of the closet was first done, and then the rehab began. I was amazed at the level of detail necessary to make the new mudroom perfect. From fixing the ceiling to installing new walls, taping and sanding, painting, new baseboards, and moving the overhead light, it was fun to watch. Colby was professional, exacting, efficient, clean, and asked all the right questions to ensure we were happy with the result. The new mudroom is exactly what we wanted. In addition, we asked Russell's to help us figure out how to make our open staircase to the second floor safer. Keith, Colby, and Max designed and installed a custom-built, stair-to-ceiling railing system that looks great and provides the necessary safety we were looking for. They also made it removable to accommodate large objects up and down stairs. The amount of time they spent was crazy, and the amount of math they did to ensure it was plumb and solid was above and beyond our expectations. My house was built in 1933, and this railing system looks like it could have been original to the house. It is a masterpiece.
