John promised he would have it done in 2 weeks. It was fully complete in 13 days! This was a total remodel down to the studs. Great work, super fast, super responsive, and his cost was right in the middle of the estimates we received. This was in Nov. 2019. Since then we have had John's team back on a number of projects: to replace our fireplace mantle and staircase, and repaint our first floor. "Back room looks beautiful! During demo, room was sealed off from rest of the house to keep dust and debris contained. Tom and Eric always made sure things were cleaned up at the end of the day. Kitchen project, my husband and I picked cabinets out and T & E worked with us and were great when we needed modifications to make it all work. They were here longer than expected and that was due to some surprises on our end and they handled it amazingly since I'm sure we upset other timelines for their next projects! The price was very reasonable and approximate date was end of May 2015."

"I moved into a 125 year old house stuck in the 1950's. Four Seasons Remodeling and painting transformed the interior into an open concept modern rustic design. Antonio's construction / painting crew removed & replaced walls, doors and ceilings. Installed new hardwood floors in all rooms. They created a new up to date kitchen with u-shaped peninsula and new mounted new cabinets. Antonio subcontracted licensed electrician, plumber and insulation. The entire house needed to be rewired. The bathroom was also re-done. Any time there was an issue Antonio was always there to discuss options and make suggestions. Antonio's construction, design and color ideas were instrumental to the outcome of the project. My wife and I love it. The results look like a HGTV show."

After meeting several contractors, we chose Sanfer because he came in with a lot of great ideas and instilled a confidence that other did not. He was very honest about managing expectations and also keeping us updated about delays (2020/21 has been extremely busy for contractors). The previous owners had done a lot of bad DIY but Sanfer assured me it was nothing they couldn’t handle and eased my anxiety. Everyone on the crew was very nice and respectful and the communication was top notch. Sanfer always responds to texts and emails in a timely manner and you will not find any “lazy” people on these team! They will do whatever to get the job done.
