Shea Roofing Company specializes in tiles, slate roofing, shingles, rubber roofing, copper roofing, and gutters and downspouts for residential and commercial clients. "We recently hired Shea Roofing to install a new roof on our house and garage, including the removal of two chimneys. On day one, company owner Bill Shea surveyed the project and gave us a full explanation of what needed to be done. He left us with a wide variety of shingle samples to help us with the decision process. After providing what we considered was a reasonable quote, the work began shortly thereafter. Everything moved along quickly and the work was well executed on every level. His hard-working team of three roofers worked together efficiently and in a professional manner. We greatly appreciated that they took the extra time needed to finish the job they set out to do each day, after which they fully cleaned the area and organized their equipment so it was out of our way. The new roof was then tested the following week by torrential downpours and thanks to their fine workmanship our previous roof leaking issues were solved! "Very disappointed. We asked for triple pane windows, and someone on their end ordered double pane. Luckily we noticed day of installation, and they had to re-order the proper ones we signed for. Finally the group of installers who came did a horrible job. Trash, insulation, and broken glass on our front lawn. Horribly cut wood trim that we had to redo ourselves. Poor sealing that we need to redo. Our hopper window was misaligned and couldn't close. The hinge arm on our casement window has detached from the channel. Communication is spotty from them, and sometimes we don't get an answer by call or text until we message repeatedly. It took over a year to have our project done from contract signing to end, and there are still issues cropping up. Out of the dozen of contractors we've hired the past year and a half, they have been the most disappointing and for what we paid, the quality of work was truly disappointing."

I was told replacement windows would be ordered in June 2024 - never ordered. In January, ordered correctly with 4-6 week expedited delivery time quoted. Now in Feb, was told the windows would not be ready until end of March (total of nearly 11 weeks since order). Magically, they have no record of quoting me 4-6 weeks, though I have email records saying otherwise. Just a miserable company to do business with, would never recommend to any homeowner."
