"Two words can sum it up... TRUE PROFESSIONALS!!! I contacted three mason contractors and Tony came in with the best price and best advice. I knew what I wanted but he took extra care and time into making my backyard stairs even better. I did the rendering for what it would look like and Marvin took care of the rest. His crew came in tore down the old wooden steps and hauled it away in a day. After the material came they started to work immediately making sure everything was plum and correct. When everything was assembled they came and power washed everything, making my backyard super clean. I am very happy with the results and his workmanship. (Check out the photos)"

"Look no further for a Roofing contractor. You found he right guys. These words are cominbg from a Man who is suspicious of all contractors. I filled out Home Advisor on my computer and about 20 minutes later received a call from Edi Kroi. I was looking for an estimate and he came by my house within hours. (video) Edi is a no nonesence all business kind of guy. Very knowledgable in his field and gave me no presure to get things done. I was impressed with that. A few days later his vehicles pull up to get my roof done. Long story short, they pull up at 8:15 A.M. on a Tuesday and are done by 4:15 PM. They wasted no time. (Video) Tues. Thanks also for having your guys blow all the leaves off the top of my porch and cleaning up well. Edi, you've proven yourself to be truthful and honorable in what you said you would do. "I contacted Josh at C3 for a quote to prepare and build a flat, level, 18' by 14' base on a slope framed with 3 levels of 6 x 6 timbers to retain 3 individual layers of premium quality aggregate for superior drainage and soil stability. His design was to insure the driest base environment to install a shed that will last far longer than other contractors I spoke with. I couldn't have been happier with my choice of C3. "Top Rank actually cared to do the best job. We went from just replacing the steps to new roof, new siding, replacing lighting fixtures and doors and building a portico over the front entrance. John pointed out possible issues which were resolved quickly. Nick, who came by for the initial meeting had me at "I'm not a salesman, I will be here working on your steps." If you've ever done a remodel or construction before you know there will always be something uncovered, like rotted wood on your roof, chimney needs fixing...but with John's help all were solved. The clean up was fantastic. With all the nails used on all 6 sides of the house and roof, I found one nail in the yard. (We have a dog, so yes, I looked hard) I also believe the pricing was extremely fair. If it rained on Saturday (which it did) they were here on Sunday, really keeping the job on schedule. Obviously I can't say enough good things about them. Hire them, you won't be sorry."
