"Dan remodeled a stagnet room which only had 1 window. The room setting around it is 100% wooded. He created a completely glass wall overlooking the forrest. He removed an old sliding glass door in the room and framed a platform for a modern direct vent gas fireplace. He then installed floor to ceiling windows on each side. He managed all electrical and plumbing in the room to accomodate the new fireplace. He also installed the new cedar siding to complete the job. ALL UNDER OUR BUDGET for this project. "Review: Vinyltech replaced my siding Spring 2021 and I wrote a very positive review of their work and customer service when it was completed. I was aware of their other service, replacement windows, at the time but I had already done my windows many years ago and they were still good. However, recently, one of them had to be replaced, which was covered under the warranty, but I was going to be the one to actualy install the new window. So, not being a window installer, I messed it up and the window was not secure in the track. I called Kris at Vinyltech, even though he did not have anything to do with my windows, and asked if he would mind stopping by to tell me what I was doing wrong. He showed up a few hours later and within 2 minutes had fixed my mistake and gotten the window securely installed. He also gave me a few tips for next time. So, in summary, this was same day service at no charge on a product that he had not even sold me! Who does this?? Vinyltech does, that is who! Customer for life now..."

"Joaquin Sanchez is very hard-working. He was cooperative and very interested in pleasing the customer. He did a great job in cleaning up the exterior of my home. Joaquin needs a better rain suit because he got very wet during the process of pressure washing the house. I would recommend him to do this work. Both needed some additional work- installation of a junction box and hole needed in a plastered wall; filling in of extra space around medicine cabinet rough opening. They also replaced some wood trim around a large tool shed. Job came out great. They were professional and conscientious to take care within my home. Tom and Mike did a very nice job."
