"Mike was outstanding. He was extremely responsive in getting back to me and following up on discussions. The crew arrived on time and ready to go. When more damage was found to the underlaying supports than expected, he provided me with pictures and consulted with me about next steps. He made sure I was comfortable with the extra expense. He brought in extra crew to make sure the job was finished quickly and effectively. He also repaired a small section without additional charges. I also appreciated his advice on the color choices. The roof and gutters looks great."
