Neat as could be. If there were some issue, and there were rare, Benjy took care of it immediately. There were no surprises as to cost or schedule. He made suggestions when needed. He showed me pictures of the plants and gave me a very fair written estimate of the cost. He asked for a reasonable deposit and we scheduled a date for the work to be done. He started when he said he would and finished on the same day. His crew is wonderful, polite and very hardworking. They worked from the time they arrived in the morning until early evening adding the unexpected bonus of mowing the back and front yard. Don checked to see that everything was done correctly and to see if I was satisfied. The front looks wonderful and I am more than just satisfied. In three and a half days of work there were multiple mistakes in plumbing: including selecting the wrong PVC fittings, not installing the roof vent flashing properly, and drilling oversized holes in the studs violating the building code. Similarly - ignoring the manufacturer's installation manual - he shows up with the wrong duct size for the kitchen exhaust. It must be embarrassing to face criticism from a homeowner, who seems to know more, or care more about things getting done right. His answer: sending a check back without any word, claiming full credit for unfinished, uninspected work. No discussion. Is client satisfaction is the number one goal?"
