"Drew came to our house to check the specification for a drywall job, and left as a friend. Here is the story: We bought a house that needed major wall and ceiling demo and re-installation of drywall. This was the first house we ever bought and the prospect of busting walls and ceilings was daunting. But Drew took the guesswork out of the equation: he explained what the work entails, how long it will take, and how much it will cost and why. If I had a different plan for what needed to be done, Drew would hear me out and then if it was possible to do, he would do it; if it wasnâ t possible, he would explain why. If there were ever problems during the construction process, Drew communicated always in a clear and timely manner. We were away during this renovation process, and Drew kept us always up to date via text, photos and videos. I was never nervous that he would cut corners and not do the job to the best standards. As the construction progressed and we added more items to the job (remove old insulation from under plywood from our attic, in the heat of summer; open up doorways so rooms look taller; skim-coat over popcorn ceilings; etc) Drew was flexible and took those on, while still providing a competitive price compared to other companies. But most of all I appreciated how reliable Drew is. During a time when it was difficult for us to find good quality drywall services, within a tight window of time (our kids are starting school in September so we needed this done â nowâ , during the busy summer months), Drew worked with our vision, timeline, coordinated with other professional we hired (e.g. electrician) and did so for a reasonable price.
