I'm not sure why I was never put on the schedule officially but I never received any work unfortunately. I will say the gentleman who I spoke with was always very polite."

"Rotten customer service! They have no follow up and always forget to address a problem. It took them 6 months to finish the trim on the inside of my windows. They felt so stupid that they forgot me, they gave me $300 CASH. Then I had a LEAKING window that took more than 6 months to fix. Now I have a broken seal on a window they replaced for more than a year. They say they will replace but not sure what year that will be. They have no problem taking your money but if you have a problem then they disappear!"
