"We hired them to replace the roof our house. They did a good job on the shingles but failed to reinstall half the skylights properly after removing them. I get that mistakes happen and that wouldn?t have caused me to review them lower, however they ghosted us after and will not fix their work. We have been trying to get them out to fix their mistake for over a month with nothing. It?s mid winter now and the skylights are all leaking cold air into the house. There are a ton of roofers out there, and for the money replacement costs, I would look for someone else who will warranty their work and not ignore you once they have their money. "

"If your blood pressure is unnaturally low, and you are in absolutely no hurry for the work to be done, and you enjoy working with companies that ignore you for weeks on end-- by all means, call these guys! Very poor communication, and their scheduling promises are worthless. After months of delays, we had many tense phone calls (all made by us--they never called), pointedly asking when they would be here. They started trying to guilt us by saying they would have to reschedule other jobs (were these new jobs, or jobs for clients who had been waiting longer than the 4 months we did...?) and finally arrived to reroof our house. It took them a couple ( non-consecutive) days, but the roof looked a little unfinished, and they left power cables just draped around the guttering. Another call to ask if they were coming back-- dispatcher now openly snarky. Eventually, Don came back to see what we were talking about and ended up spending hours here (we could see him on the Ring) fixing what the crew had left. The roof looks fine now, but the neighbors who recommended them are horrified that their company was so difficult. Not the neighbors' fault-- it sounds like standards have definitely slipped at United Roofing Solutions."

When he came to inspection/survey my roof, he found several sun damaged/installation mistakes on several flapper vents and roof vents, as well as vent stake seals. The total time on roof was less than 30-mins. He showed me some images of the issues and we discussed to paths, just replace the vents with issues or replace all of them. I went with replacing all vents with metal (existing ones were plastic). Mike got the proposal to me within 7-days. I compared with responses to the other two vendors I selected and Mikes was the best. The repair date was set and repairs were performed 3-weeks after the inspection. Chris was methodical in his work on replacing the vents and seals. It took him about 4 hours to complete the work (2-hours over the estimate). Chris explained that it took longer than he expected due to issues with a few of the vents and is strive to complete the work effectively. When complete, he showed me several of the removed vents/covers to show issues not seen during the inspection. Total: $2,500 This is a small company and this added to their drive to do top-tier work."
