"I had this guy come by for a quote. He quoted me $450 to repair roof. After his bank issues and no reply back? I called left a msg to cancel job. He showed up unannounced and made repairs without any explanation as to what he did. Roof continued to leak so I had to get roof completely redone (15k) by another company. Never heard from him again until he sent new invoice which was now $250 giving what he called a $200 discount. I took pictures of what he did which was basically a tube of asphalt caulk over exposed nails and areas. In my head? maybe $50 worth of service. I will write the check this week to close this account but will not be using Angi again thanks for nothing."

After dealing with that fiasco, during which I was made to feel like the villain, the service I received from Accurate Roof Management was a breath of fresh air. From start to finish everyone was responsive, respectful, communicative, hard-working, and efficient, and clearly took pride in the job. They were also careful of the property, cleaned up after themselves, and were considerate enough to reinstall things like garage door keyless entry pads and extension cord brackets. We are a full service construction company based in Southeastern Wisconsin. We specialize in insurance restoration work including: wind, hail, tornado, fire and water losses. The owner is an ex 20 year property claims adjuster that can navigate you through the complex world of property claims and offer superior service.
"Our experience with Bulldog did not meet expectations. We signed an agreement and gave them our first insurance payment, only to not have any progress made/work done for two months (despite repeated follow ups) until we escalated to their office. Once work finally began, they framed one door incorrectly, corrected it, and then did the second door incorrectly as well. Despite high winds in the forecast, they did not secure the siding materials, causing us to have to chase full sheets of siding through the neighborhood so that it wouldn’t damage our neighbors’ cars. They damaged our fiber internet line, causing us to have to have it replaced by AT&T. They did not measure correctly and did not order enough siding (despite us asking about this on the second day) - They didn’t order more until the following week, and our house was left unfinished for another three weeks."

Its nice dealing with the owner of the company and Mark explained in detail our options and how the roof replacement would proceed and what a good crew he had. With Mark I never felt like I was dealing with a salesman more like a friend that had my best interests in mind. Out of the four quotes Immortal Exteriors was the most competitive. Mark told me his crew would complete the tear off and new roof installation in two days. I had my doubts considering 6000sqft of roofing area, but the replacement was completed in two days.
