Since I opened Emally's Construction, I have been driven by the knowledge and principles passed down to me by my father and grandfather. Even though the products and technology have changed over the years, the people haven't. "The salesman, Kris W., was knowledgeable, courteous, and respectful of my time. He was very good at helping me decide what I truly wanted. He worked with me to secure very manageable financing. He also gave me his cell no. to call him at any time with concerns that I might have. The company was very timely in every aspect - securing the materials, contacting me to set up times, and following up to check my satisfaction. The two workmen, Chad and Jeff, showed up promptly at the scheduled time on the day of the installation. They diligently worked for 6 1/2 hours straight, removing my clawfoot tub, tearing off the wainscoting, putting in new surround, building a wall, and putting in my new tub/shower with shelves, curved rod, and two safety bars. They were able to work this in around my window, which was vital to me. Nick, the master plumber, came in to take care of the new plumbing needed, and was very thorough and efficient. Chad and Jeff were very courteous and cleaned up absolutely everything before their departure. It's amazing what three men accomplished between 8:00 AM - 2:30 PM. This has totally transformed my bathroom and I am delighted with it. I get many compliments. I highly recommend Mad City Bath!"
