They did excellent work for a reasonable price, and more importantly, rebuilt some customer trust after some botched carpentry work. Communication: Scheduling the initial estimate was easy and timely, while communications continued throughout the process. This was particularly important as we needed several days with good weather for external painting. Scoping Work: This is probably the most important first step in any project and often either messed up or purposely inflated. Victor actively listened to my desires and provided detailed advice and worked through various options as we worked out the details. For this project, we needed the exterior foundation repainted. Manor Works powerwashed, scraped, primed, and painted it all in a day. Quality of Work: The final product looks great, and since they back it with a 4-year warranty, I have peace of mind it was done right. Even more importantly, they ensured the painting was neat and clean without a lot of extraneous paint on the siding or other objects keeping a neat and professional look. "I highly recommend True Decks (Deck Master) - Fernando Rivera came by, spent a couple hours explaining all the choices and answering all our questions. They were able to do exactly what we wanted (compared to other companies who wouldn't) and they promptly sent my estimate. (Note: They were 1/2 of what another company quoted). Since mine was a 'small' job (see photo), they were able to squeeze me in while waiting on permits/materials on other jobs. When they called right after the snowstorm on Sunday and said they could come on Wednesday, I was surprised. Selvin Aguilera and his assistant Luis showed up bright and early Wednesday in 30 degree weather and proceeded to work all day. I was VERY impressed with their meticulous attention to detail. I could tell they are very proud of their work. By Thursday at noon - another day of freezing temps and wild winds - they were finished, and it is beautiful! I highly recommend them for anyone wanting a new porch or deck."
