"Spokane Craftsman did such an outstanding job for us remodeling our kitchen, I am not sure where to start. Chris helped us design a new layout for our kitchen and then Phil made everything come together. Phil treated our house like it was his own. Since the house is old, he found a lot of things that needed extra care and work. All without additional charges. Phil did an incredible job in re-working our kitchen ceiling, that was a lot of 12x12 tiles and hanging lights, into a beautiful, recessed light ceiling. He also put down new flooring, corrected plumbing issues, tiled the back splash, and a lot more. Chris and Phil never rushed their work. They helped get us a great deal on our cabinets and cabinet installation, they helped with new plumbing and new wiring that was needed, and they ran the project from start to end, without us having to worry about anything at all!! I donâ t think I can fully state how satisfied we were with Spokane Craftsman. Everything they did was over and above expectations. ENTRY DOORS Entry doors only made by ProVia Amish craftsmanship. (front and back doors, French doors, sliding glass doors) We have awesome dog doors but for new install only. We cannot add them to an existing door. No interior doors. GUTTERS Full Steel/Aluminum seamless gutters and guards (guards can only go on 5k or 6k gutters that are in good shape) SIDING Siding: Composite, James Hardie, and vinyl with a 1 wall minimum
"Was supposed to be giving a free quote for a full gutter system. Their teq and salesmen Tyler originally measured the wrong house and had a downspout that would have dumped water across my driveway and walkway. Their was another section of gutter that exceeded 35 ft with only one downspout. They we're extremely pushy at getting me to sign a contract and take it down payment to secure a deal. My house wasn't painted and I was not ready for gutters and it was agreed upon both parties that I would contact them when I was ready to continue further with color and scheduling. After about a month and a second quote I decided to cancel my contract with now remodeling. I was informed that they would not be issuing a part of my down payment back even though they were only entitled to part of it via their contract. Tyler falsified claims about contacting the homeowner, scheduling an installation date, and work done on or for the property. Very disappointed with their response to canceling my contract and their customer service."
