ENTRY DOORS Entry doors only made by ProVia Amish craftsmanship. (front and back doors, French doors, sliding glass doors) We have awesome dog doors but for new install only. We cannot add them to an existing door. No interior doors. GUTTERS Full Steel/Aluminum seamless gutters and guards (guards can only go on 5k or 6k gutters that are in good shape) SIDING Siding: Composite, James Hardie, and vinyl with a 1 wall minimum
"Was supposed to be giving a free quote for a full gutter system. Their teq and salesmen Tyler originally measured the wrong house and had a downspout that would have dumped water across my driveway and walkway. Their was another section of gutter that exceeded 35 ft with only one downspout. They we're extremely pushy at getting me to sign a contract and take it down payment to secure a deal. My house wasn't painted and I was not ready for gutters and it was agreed upon both parties that I would contact them when I was ready to continue further with color and scheduling. After about a month and a second quote I decided to cancel my contract with now remodeling. I was informed that they would not be issuing a part of my down payment back even though they were only entitled to part of it via their contract. Tyler falsified claims about contacting the homeowner, scheduling an installation date, and work done on or for the property. Very disappointed with their response to canceling my contract and their customer service."

We have been building all phases of construction for over 35 years here in the Spokane area. Building several of our own homes from the ground out. About 15 years ago my wife and I decided to start our own construction company and have been doing all variety of projects, from new builds to remodel. We are happy to do small projects. We currently are wanting to focus on interior finishes such as kitchen and bathroom remodeling, painting, trim, door and window replacements and home repairs. "We had Jeff's crew fully remodel one of our basement rooms and add an egress window. They did some minor work on another room in the basement, and they removed an old, rotten deck that we inherited when we bought the house. All the work is excellent. The personal interactions were great; the crew were friendly, punctual, and thorough. They took the one room all the way to the foundation and built up from there; it was a big project with some funky angles from the 1950s. When we have work in the future, we will definitely contact Jeff again. A few things that I found particularly good: first, Jeff gave us a few different bids to help us figure out which things we could afford to do now and which things we could delay. Initially, we were thinking of doing several partial projects, but because he was willing to give us three different bids, we managed to get exactly what we wanted in one room and enough done in the other to make it very comfortable. Second, Mike and Chris were the two guys here the most and they were friendly and kind. The site was kept clean, and we never worried about leaving them alone in the house. They arrived when they said they would, and they communicated clearly. Third, Jeff was always a phone call or text away. He responded quickly and was kind. There was a hiccup in the some of the electrical work that I didn't catch when doing the walk through. Jeff had the electrician on site within hours to fix the issue. I want to be clear: we had already paid him; I had already signed off on the work; and even then he gave me the same personal attention he'd give us while doing the work. The craftsmanship is great.
