"Worker showed up on time agreed upon. I was surprised to see him by himself to move and load a full size refrigerator. The hand truck he used appeared to be too small for job and had partially flat tire. His trailer tailgate was wet and he slipped while trying to load first time. I suggested he lay the refrigerator on its side and slide it onto the trailer which he did. Job thankfully was completed without injury. We discussed possible future work and he left."

The installation went without any issues and he provided a detailed instructions on the operation of the new logs. He was very careful about the ensuring the floor around the fireplace was covered to ensure no soot got not he area carpet. Once the job was done, he ensured the work area was completely cleaned. We are thrilled with the work done and believe we got a very fair price for the purchase and installation fo the new log system. He was fun to work with - professional while being quite entertaining!
