We walked the property and I told her what I wanted and then after looking at her web site and other styles I chose something completely different than what was originally thought . She was very timely with my estimates . No money changed hands until my work was done . She came out an looked over what her crew did and made sure I was satisfied. The crew members were prompt , Friendly and worked hard to finish the job in a very timely manner . Mr. Whorley's son got back to me and informed me of a medical illness in the family. He apologized for the delay and came out to provide an estimate. I appreciated his professionalism and responsiveness, as well as not "running away from the issue."
