"Jey, the service. Tech showed up at the exact time as scheduled. He was very informed of the problem with my oven. Very soon he was taking care of the problem and had to leave to go and get a part that he didn't have in his truck. He left to get the part and I went outside for a while and when I finally returned I found him sitting at my front door. My first time using this company and highly recommend them. Thanks Jey"

"Refrigerator had major ice build up and was not cooling properly. Good communication by the Pro from first contact. Arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and then left to get the needed parts. His price for the parts was better than online sellers and he fixed the problem in a timely manner. Overall, with parts and labor it was almost $500.00, but a new fridge would have been almost $3000.00. Cleaned up before leaving. Would recommend and use again."
