He also only works with the best subcontractors when completing his projects. We still use the electrician he hired as well as the garage door guy. "The first red flag is representing himself as Steve Perez on Angi’s list when in fact his name is Ziv. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."

Additionally, we offer 10 year warranty on our services & free estimates.
"Eric and all his subs were terrific. The work was performed on time, under budget, and they even helped us get what we were owed from the insurance company! I would never have found these guys if it weren't for angi's, and couldn't be happier with the work they did. We had a tree come through the living room during Beryl, so required not only major roof repairs, but also a fair bit of work to replace drywall, floors, interior walls and a bunch of stuff in the attic. I'm not an expert, but I can say Eric and his crew did what they said they were going to do in exactly the time they said. They were pleasant and professional and my 89 year old mother approved (which is a hard approval to get!) I sure hope we don't need them again under similar circumstances, but we would gladly hire them again for any project!"
