"We sing the contract; the contractor came and measured the concrete stairs and existing broken handrail, and we got quote sing the contracts paid deposit and they came to install it just to see that the handrail they ordered was too small. Then they went silent for 2 months. It is October and we sing contract in August, we finally got response that the contractor got busy with larger projects...This is very disrespectful and non professional behavior."

We quickly scheduled a meeting, and Juan came by. He was very polite and really listened to what I wanted. He even showed me a couple of different lighting options that matched exactly what l was looking for. The very next day, Juan showed up with the new door and lighting. As he worked, I noticed how professional and clean he was. I ended up asking if he could take on a bit more work, and he had no problem with that at all.
