"I am a through person when having to make decisions especially when it concerns safety for my family and financial. I recieved several calls from different providers. I was not certain on how Angi service work. I ask Wyane "thousand" of questions concerning his relationship to Angi. He patiently explained how the service worked. I would tell him I'll call him back several times. I digested the information confirmed and talked to other providers. I decided to go with Kistan service because I didnt hear frustration in his voice during our negotiations. His pricing was very fair . He picked up the water heater and arrived at my home on the time as promised. Wayne were adhering to Covid precaution, which impressed me. I didnt have to ask that they wear mask. I am familiar with plumbing work and he and his partner followed all the steps and safety precautions necessary when installing a water heater. Especially purging the gas lines before attaching to the new heater and the flue pipe was properly positioned in the chimney. The water heater was in it's original carton sealed when it was brought into my house. They removed the old heater from the property. He gave me the documents concerning the heater and explained how to set the water temperature etc. He called the next day to ensure all was working well. I do recommend Kistan Services. I saved a considerable amount of money."
