When I asked if the deadwood was good for burning in a stove, they not only explained that it was, but offered to leave it and then cut it into smaller pieces for me. Also took care of some other problem branches that I hadn't planned on dealing with and did so at a very reasonable extra cost since they were already there. Very pleased with the service."
