"I’d like to cover up a hole in my yard but this company came in made sure that my septic lines were working Then they put in a new distribution box and left. I called them and let them know it was leaking and they have not fixed it and now are trying to tell me that my septic lines are not working when when they told me they were. This company has no integrity. They do poor workmanship they are rude and inconsiderate when it comes to customer service I would not recommend this company to nobody!!!"

Family owned and operated since 1947.
"The work was scheduled over a month in advance and the two person crew showed up timely as expected. John Jones had shown great patience in telephone conversations and via email in formulating a multi-step plan to address the issue of running low on water in late summer. John had shown the photos I had sent him to the crew before arrival so they knew what to expect on site. The crew got right to work, opened the well and quickly determined there was substantial room to lower the pump. They efficiently went about the process of fabricating a length of pipe and splicing the wires. In short order, the pump was ten feet lower and operating as expected. They patiently cleaned the line filter when it became somewhat plugged by materials they had said are to be expected from this type of process. They advised to monitor that filter for a short period. We are quite hopeful that this simple process solved the problem as the next steps, open the bottom of the well with high pressure air or possibly deepening the well, both involve very large equipment and substantial cost. In the end, the crew was on site just less than two hours, the problem appears it may be solved and the total cost for crew and materials was $265. We couldn’t be more pleased with the efficiency and cost of this service."

A septic tank typically lasts 15 to 20 years, depending on the materials used, maintenance frequency, and soil conditions. Regular inspections, proper pumping, and careful water usage can extend its lifespan. Professional maintenance ensures your system remains efficient and helps prevent premature failure.
Your septic tank should be pumped every three to five years. In fact, the recommended interval for pumping is every three to five years, as this schedule effectively prevents the buildup of solids and maintains the system's performance. Factors such as household size, water usage, and the capacity of the tank can influence this interval. Adhering to a regular pumping schedule minimizes risks of backups and system overload, ensuring efficient operation and longevity of your septic system.
Your septic system shows signs of failing when you detect noticeable odors and unusual moisture or overly green patches in your yard. In essence, clear indications such as unpleasant smells, gurgling noises from the plumbing, and areas of excessive vegetation or saturation signal that the system may be compromised. Additional symptoms include slow drainage and standing water near the drain field. These warning signs require immediate professional evaluation to prevent severe damage or environmental hazards.
