"I REALLY appreciated that Gary the owner came out and looked at the project, listened to my vision, gave me recommendations, and took measurements at that visit. The crew showed up on time and cleaned up great when done. It took a few days just as expected and everyday I could not wait to get home and see the progress. They removed an out of control trumpet vine and an old waterfall feature (huge rocks). They removed sod, laid a lot of nice rock, and built me an awesome fence! I put in garden containers myself and followed advice form Gary, was very kind of him to make recommendations. Darcy in the office had her act together and invoicing was smooth."

Not only did they mow, weed eat, and trim the brush from my fence, they also removed all yard waste and cut broken branches from my tree. "After 3 of their tries, a tall gate they installed still pinches at the bottom & definitely will not auto close, as I required in the beginning. Despite my eventual supplying excellent hinges (& they never credited $$ back to me, for hinges they took back-- & am terribly confused about how they installed what I purchased, without even thinking how to secure, & without regard my expense, the furthest out screw is between boards & while I offered the bolts, pure wisdom says, at least, use some washers!! And the gate should've been trimmed at the top on one side -- so many others have commented "shabby work". & all say the gate should be redone & done right. They never did backfill the fence posts...I agree with another review...they say they know how to do the privacy fence right, then they fail to do so, or answer emails. They begin tasks well, then slow down to wks & now months passing. While I corrected a prior low rating, when they sent someone to correct...I now have to revert back!!!"
